Very impressed with the customer service, because I am in WA I enquired on social media about shipping a large table to Perth. The responses were very quick and within a day I had received the shipping details and in less than a week I received the Table.
The table is exactly as pictured and of great quality. I am very satisfied with my purchase and definitely can't fault the service.

Excellent service. Lots of confirmation emails AND then a phone call to thank me for the order. Was given a choice of delivery times; was contacted the day before by the driver to advise time window; and then the truck arrived early. The large and heavy box was carried into the backyard by a single man (💪🏻) and placed exactly where we needed it to be. The table went together so easily, and it looks fantastic. Very happy with this purchase.

I recently purchased a new Picque outdoor extension table along with a set of stackable chairs, and I couldn't be happier with them. The table is sturdy, easy to extend, and the mechanism feels smooth and well built. It provides me with plenty of space when entertaining, yet still looks streamlined when closed.
The chairs are both lightweight and solid, and their stackable design makes storage incredibly easy.
There was a mix-up with my delivery date, but the office staff and delivery drivers went above and beyond. On their way home, they made a special trip to ensure I still received my items on the correct day. Their effort and professionalism really stood out.
Overall, I'm extremely happy with the quality, service, and practicality of both pieces. Highly recommend!
You pay for what you get but for others you payalot more. Material is nicer than expected and colour is good and simple, not a fan of fluffy materials or rough texture (Not looking for a half rug/couch). Pillows are the same good quality it seems, perfectly throwable when you need to sit down. Bed Mechanism is impressive and solid. Mattress included is thin but is more than good and comparable to some beds I've owned. Happy with purchase and it'll have a place where I live for years to come. (30yo Male)

We initially purchased the Dahlia 3 + 2 Seat Sofa and Sofa Chair to dress our house for sale and have now moved it to our new home. The sofas don't just look good, they are comfortable and well-made. I love how the cushions are interchangeable between the sofas so you can move them around to even out the wear and tear. The fabric is tough and easy to spot clean. We have two cats and haven't had any issues with pulled threads from claws and their fur vacuums up fairly easily. Awesome value for money.
From the communication, to delivery, everything was top notch! The wrapping on the furniture was impressive so no bumps or scratches along the way. Highly recommend!
All my enquiries were promptly and patiently attended to in the lead up to purchasing two bedside chest of drawer cabinets. Unfortunately when they were delivered it was apparent that one had been dropped and subsequently damaged. Again I received prompt and courteous replies to my email and photos. The company went to great lengths to fix the problem for me and I am most grateful! Oh, and the cabinets are just gorgeous!
I love how they ad an actual photos so you get what you see. It's super cozy comes with two pillows, and this is my favourite spot at home. The packaging was great, and it was delivered on time and very quickly.
