Delivery

At Australian Furniture Warehouse, our priority is ensuring your purchase arrives safely and to your satisfaction. Our delivery service is more than just transporting your items - it's our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Standard Delivery Information:

  • Orders are typically delivered unassembled and in boxes, unless specified otherwise.
  • While we cannot provide specific delivery times, we can confirm a two-hour delivery window for the day of delivery. Our team will contact you the day before delivery for further reassurance (only applicable to Adelaide) 
  • Your order will be delivered to your doorstep, including your front door, entrance, foyer, or garage. Due to the rapid rise in diesel and labour costs, we are constantly working on keeping our costs and prices as low as possible, therefore our delivery contractors will no longer bring in the items inside your house. 
  • Please note that standard delivery doesn't cover the following:
    • Deliveries requiring more than 2 personnel.
    • Deliveries requiring access over fences, balconies, or above ground level.
    • Deliveries that will exceed 20 minutes.
    • Deliveries over 5 cubic meters.
    • Locations with restricted vehicle access or specific time requirements.
  • Inform us of any specific delivery needs. We would be happy to assist with any particular requirement where possible although special deliveries may incur additional fees.
  • Missing your scheduled delivery window on the agreed-upon day may result in additional re-delivery fees.
  • If you're unable to accept your delivery within 14 days from the scheduled ready date, storage fees may apply. Ensure you provide us with all contact details, including a mobile number.

Delivery Charges:

  • Adelaide: $130 to $230, based on location.
  • Melbourne: $195 to $320, based on location and size. *Particular deliveries are subject to surcharges if above a certain cubic size and weight. 
  • Sydney: $290 to $480, based on location and size. *Particular deliveries are subject to surcharges if above a certain cubic size and weight.
  • For other locations within Australia or oversized orders, contact us at enquiries@afwarehouse.com.au or call us on 1300 251 607 to get a quote.

Collections (Click & Collect)

  • Collections are only available in Adelaide from our warehouse at 80 Grove Avenue, Marleston 5033. 
  • Products available in our warehouse are usually ready for collection within 24 hours of order placement.
  • After receiving your Collection Confirmation Email, you have 14 days to collect your products. Uncollected items after this period may incur storage fees.
  • Collections are available from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. No collections available on Sunday or Monday.
  • Bring along your Collection Confirmation Email and a valid ID during pickup. You may be required to sign upon collection.
  • If someone else or a courier company is collecting on your behalf, please let us know so the order can be collected hassle-free.
