At Australian Furniture Warehouse, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service, flexibility and care. AFW's Delivery Service is more than just the safe transportation of your purchase – it's a commitment to your satisfaction. 

Orders will be delivered unassembled unless stated otherwise (most likely in a box).

Unfortunately, we are unable to commit to specific delivery times, however, we are able to confirm a two hour delivery window for the day you will receive your goods. For maximum reassurance, a delivery expert will give you a confirmation call the day of your delivery.

Please note that a standard delivery does not include deliveries that fit into the following categories:

- Require more than 2 men
- Require access over a fence or a balcony
- Is above the first floor
- Will take more than 20 minutes
- Is more than 5 cubic meters
- Where vehicle access and parking is restricted - require a specific time

Please advise us of any special requirements you may have for your delivery, a special delivery can be arranged but will incur an additional fee.

If you are not contactable or not able to accept your delivery in the agreed time window on the nominated day an additional delivery fee may be charged.

If you are unable to receive your delivery within 14 days of the agreed delivery date a storage charge may apply. Please ensure that you advise us of all your contact numbers including all relevant mobile numbers.

Collections

Products ordered through Click & Collect, that are in stock at the warehouse, are usually available for collection within 24 hours of you placing your order. AFW will hold on to your Products for 7 days from the date that you are sent your Collection Confirmation Email. If the order is not collected within 7 days from the date that you are sent your Collection Confirmation Email, a storage fee may be applied. 

 
When you or your alternate pick-up person collects your Products, you/they will be asked to provide a copy of your Collection Confirmation Email and a valid form of ID. You/they may also be asked to sign for collection of the Products.

Please note collections are strictly from Tuesday to Saturday between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No collection service is provided on Sunday or Monday
